DESCRIPTION:Date : Dimanche 29 octobre\nLieu : Centre Communal\, Petite Halle\, 2603 Péry\, Suisse\nInscriptions : A faire jusqu’à mercredi 25 octobre par mail (idéalement en réponse directe à ce mail) à Christian Mignot (christian.mignot10@gmail.com)\n\nHoraire :\n8h30 : Ouverture de la salle\n9h : U11 + U13 (2011 et plus jeunes)\n11h30 : U15 (2009 + 2010)\n14h : U17 (2007-2008) + U19 (2005+2006) + U21 (2003 + 2004)\n\n \n\nS’il y a moins de 5 inscrit-e-s\, il y aura une réunion de catégorie. Cette information\, si elle devait être transmise\, sera fournie vendredi 17 mars.\n\n \n\nSont autorisé-e-s à participer :\n– Les « licencié-e-s compétition » né-e-s en 2003 ou après\n– Les détenteurs d’un passeport loisir né-e-s en 2003 ou après qui n’ont pas joué deux tours (aucun cas puisque seulement un tour de joué).\n– Inscriptions préalables obligatoires\n\n \n\nConditions de participation :\n– Etre autorisé-e à jouer une compétition (voir conditions ci-dessus)\n– Inscription des joueurs-ses à faire par le club\,  chez Christian Mignot par mail jusqu’à mercredi 25 octobre avec toutes les informations suivantes\n– Pour les détenteurs d’un passeport loisir\, fournir une copie de la carte d’identité (si première participation)\n– Seul-e-s les joueurs-ses inscrit-e-s peuvent participer\n\n \n\nOrganisation :\n– Nombre de participants illimité.\n– Les points ELO compteront\n– Important : Dites bien svp à vos jeunes de venir 30 minutes avant le début de la série\, plusieurs cas d’arrivée de dernière seconde la saison passée (+ lors du premier tour) et compliqué à organiser (le nombre de groupe\, combien par groupe… sont des informations dépendantes du nombre de participant-e-s). Si vous deviez arriver en retard\, joindre svp Olivier Schwab (079 724 16 00). En effet Christian Mignot sera exceptionnellement absent.
