S’il y a moins de 5 inscrit-e-s, il y aura une réunion de catégorie. Cette information, si elle devait être transmise, sera fournie vendredi 17 novembre.
Sont autorisé-e-s à participer :
– Les « licencié-e-s compétition » né-e-s en 2003 ou après
– Les détenteurs d’un passeport loisir né-e-s en 2003 ou après qui n’ont pas joué deux tours
– Inscriptions préalables obligatoires
Ne sont pas autorisés à participer :
– Les détenteurs d’un passeport loisir ayant déjà participé à 2 tours
Conditions de participation :
– Etre autorisé-e à jouer une compétition (voir conditions ci-dessus)
– Inscription des joueurs-ses à faire par le club, chez Christian Mignot par mail jusqu’à lundi 29 janvier avec toutes les informations suivantes :
– Pour les détenteurs d’un passeport loisir, fournir une copie de la carte d’identité (si première participation)
– Seul-e-s les joueurs-ses inscrit-e-s peuvent participer
Organisation :
– Nombre de participants illimité.
– Les points ELO compteront
– Important : Dites bien svp à vos jeunes de venir 30 minutes avant le début de la série, plusieurs cas d’arrivée de dernière seconde la saison passée et compliqué à organiser (le nombre de groupe, combien par groupe… sont des informations dépendantes du nombre de participant-e-s). Si vous deviez arriver en retard, joindre svp Christian Mignot (078 674 89 62).
– Veuillez svp prévenir vos joueur-ses de s’annoncer auprès de Christian Mignot dès arrivée dans la salle
– Veuillez svp informer Christian Mignot si un jeune, qui a participé à un ou deux tours jeunesse avec un passeport loisir, a pris une licence depuis lors (qu’il participe ou non à ce 4e tour). Cette information est importante pour la potentielle remise à jour rétroactive du classement top 8.
